We are offering a new service that allows our customers to obtain assistance over the phone with basic home theater/internet issues as well as cord-cutting and home theater consultations .
- Virtual home theater troubleshooting – assistance with basic connections to TV, Soundbars, and Receivers.
- Virtual Internet/WiFi coverage troubleshooting – assistance in determining basic connectivity/Wi-Fi coverage issues for home networks only.
- Virtual home theater consultations – assistance in determining the appropriate home theater set-up and necessary hardware for your home.
- Virtual Cord-Cutter (Antenna TV) consultations – assistance in determining if you are a good candidate for a high-definition television antenna (“HDTV”) installation, explain available options based on the level of signal at your home, and advise regarding possible antenna and DVR hardware (devices used to record Antenna TV) selection.
- Virtual Cord-Cutter (TV Streaming Applications) consultations – assistance in determining your TV streaming options based on personal viewing patterns, explain steps involved, provide streaming equipment selection options, and costs involved.
Face to face phone applications available such as Face Time on iOS devices and Hangouts, Duo, or Skype on Android devices based on preference.
This service is being provided in thirty (30) minute increments for a cost of $60.
Note: For troubleshooting inquiries, please be advised that we will do our best to address your specific requests during the phone call. However, we are unable to guarantee that all requests can be addressed in the scheduled time-frame, due to complexity of the issue, or, because the issue may require additional support from an onsite technician for completion. We recommend that you contact an onsite service company for complex situations.

Need service now, simply call us at 949-290-0289 during our normal business hours, we will process your payment via PayPal, Venmo, or Credit Card prior to beginning the consultation.

Need service later, you may contact us via the form below. Once you have submitted the form, the process is as follows:
- We will provide emailed confirmation of your appointment with the available date and time that most closely matches your requested times and instructions for the call;
- In the event that you need to reschedule, please provide 48 hours notice. If you miss your appointment for any reason, we will at our convenience attempt to reschedule the appointment one time as a courtesy;
- In the event, additional time is needed to address your issue, we will attempt to continue the call if possible, alternatively, a new appointment will need to be scheduled using the same process.
- Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal (using 949-290-0289), or Venmo (using @Marvin-Goodwin-3). The payment will be processed prior to the start of the consultation.
